NOTE ON PETA: While I believe animal cruelty should be punishable by exact replication of deed done, PETA is NOT about animal welfare but anarchy and power. While I agree that the human race is destructive and speciest for the most part, the answer to our problems will not be found via PETA.
Finally, if you are a vegetarian or vegan dog or cat
"friend/care-giver/whatever", please know that preventing your dog
or cat from eating meat is cruel. Dogs and cats are carnivores (no dogs are NOT omnivores) and thrive on flesh, organs, blood and bone.
While our society currently is indeed cruel when it comes to our animals meant for food, that does not justify preventing a species from eating what nature intended. Two extremes do not meet in the middle....
